Meet The Team

Our manager of operations, Leo Franco, and his son, Leo Jr., have been managing roofing crews with P&L Construction for the past ten years.  They bring an abundance of experience to every job site.  Mark Crawford, manager and founding partner, was a custom home builder with SR Homes.  It was his relationship with Leo from home building that lead them to form this partnership.  In all his years as a home builder, Mark had never worked with a better roofer.
